- Produce relevant documentation and keep them timely updated and transparent with the team
- Work with different team/ business unit such as Product, Dev, QC, Data.
- Work with product/ business team to understand business process
- Gather, organize and summarize large amounts of information from various sources
- Analyze requirements that are uniquely traceable, verifiable and prioritized in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of features including ongoing maintenance of features and stories/tasks
Yêu cầu
- 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Writer
- Experience in writing technical document.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Good skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
- Have knowledge of blockchain and web3 technical concepts is a huge plus
